1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the KADAJUAN Suki Deals website, or downloading, installing, or using the KADAJUAN Kabisnis application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App or Website.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App per device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in managing your retail store operations.

• You must not modify or copy the materials.
• You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App.
• You must not transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Store Accounts

When you create a store account with us via the Kabisnis App, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KADAJUAN Suki Deals, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
