To provide you with the most seamless and secure experience, the Kabisnis App requests the following explicit device permissions. We only request what is absolutely necessary for the app to function:
Camera Access
Used exclusively for scanning QR codes during Point of Sale (POS) transactions and for capturing mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) photos during registration. Images are securely transmitted and are never shared with third parties.
Location Services
Used to accurately pin your store's location for logistics and to help you find nearby Suki Deals suppliers. We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.
Notifications
Essential for delivering real-time alerts regarding new customer orders, urgent messages, and low stock warnings. You can manage these alerts in your device settings.
Nearby Devices (Bluetooth)
Used solely to discover and connect with local hardware, specifically Bluetooth thermal receipt printers used in your store.
Contacts
Used to safely add official KADAJUAN system numbers to your phone's contact list. This helps you identify our official calls and SMS messages, protecting you from phishing and scams.
3. Data Storage and Synchronization
The App stores your store's inventory, sales records, and settings locally on your device using a highly secure encrypted database. This ensures you can continue to operate and make sales even without an internet connection. When a connection is restored, your local database securely syncs with our servers to back up your data over an encrypted channel.
4. Data Security & Protection
We implement bank-grade technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Your PINs are securely hashed using PBKDF2 encryption and are never stored in plain text. Cloud synchronization is performed exclusively over secure, encrypted TLS/SSL connections. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
